Shoal Bay provides a perfect swimming beach that the kids love and, within just two minutes walk you find the village of Shoal Bay with cafes, shops, restaurants and clubs.

Surrounded by National Park and across the road from a patrolled white sandy surfing beach, Fingal Bay Holiday Park is still just ten minutes from the heart of Nelson Bay and a stone's throw away from Shoal Bay.

The Location - Take a short stroll to the end of the street (250m) to the foreshore and discover an array of restaurants, cafe's and bars as well as the Newcastle and Game Fishing Club plus the infamous Country Club Hotel which provides entertainment and meals. Shoal Bay Beach is one of the most vibrant and colourful pockets of Port Stephens and offers guests ample of activities including kayaking (hire available), swimming, snorkeling and fishing or you can just relax on the white sandy beach. Hire a bike from Shoal Bay Bike Hire located just 100m from the front door for a full range of bicycles including tandems. While you're there be sure to book a space on the public tennis courts located opposite (racket and ball hire also available) plus a playground. There is a lovely bike path that connects Shoal Bay to Fingal Bay. Nelson Bay CBD and Marina are approx 3km away. The Unit - This comfortable refurbished ground floor two unit provides guests with a split system air conditioner in the open plan living room, lounge-suite, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs plus a fully equipped open plan kitchen with island bench, oven, stove-top, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The downstairs unit has full access to the front courtyard surrounded by high walls and tropical landscaped gardens. The main bedroom comes with a queen size bed, mirrored built-in robe and ceiling fan, with the second bedroom also offering a queen size bed, built-in robe and ceiling fan plus a single bed. The bathroom has a glass shower, vanity and toilet. Other features include an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The property also provides off street parking for one car on the pavers at the front entrance and 'easy access' with only one step making it also ideal elderly guests (rear yard is reserved for upstairs guests only). With beautiful views over Shoal Bay, open plan living area and a renovated kitchen, it is a lovely spot to spend your holiday. Main bedroom features queen bed with built in robe, a TV and side balcony with filtered water views. The second bedroom offers two sets of bunks, built in robe and a private balcony also. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is an internal laundry with washer and dryer. The complex features a communal pool. The balcony overlooks Shoal Bay and has a sun lounge for relaxing and a gas BBQ and outdoor dining set for entertainment. Also a double lock up garage great for a couple of cars or for storing bikes, canoes etc. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
