Aalborg Congress and Culture Centre (AKKC) is one of the largest multipurpose events venues in Scandinavia. Every year it hosts more than 1,000 events attended by roughly 500,000 guests. Events range from music concerts and industry fairs to corporate conferences and private meetings.
There's a special focus on the arts, with Aalborg Congress and Culture Centre hosting more than 100 large-scale music productions annually. The main stage welcomes international pop stars and rock bands, as well as touring orchestras, ballet companies and musicals. AKKC also runs an excellent children’s theatre program.
More than 7,000 square metres of exhibition space and access to state-of-the-art facilities make Aalborg Congress and Culture Centre a premium venue for fairs and exhibitions. The Aalborg and European Halls cater to large conferences, while smaller rooms are ideal for hosting intimate meetings.
Getting there
Aalborg Congress and Culture Centre is located in Aalborg’s city centre, less than a five-minute walk from Aalborg Railway Station and Bus Terminal. Parking is available on site and Aalborg Airport is a 10-minute drive away.
