Home to some of the most hair-raising roller coasters in the United Kingdom, Thorpe Park is the ultimate destination for thrill seekers. The theme park is located on an island in the heart of Surrey and has eight themed territories, from a Canadian Rockies “Old Town” to a Caribbean “Jungle” and even a “Lost City” with ancient ruins.
No matter what territory you’re in, you’ll discover dozens of exciting rides. Brave the blistering speeds of Stealth, which is currently the United Kingdom’s fastest roller coaster, survive an imminent invasion of zombies on Walking Dead: the Ride or experience the super-soaking splashes of Thorpe’s exhilarating Tidal Wave.
If you're visiting with little ones, take them to see the Angry Birds 4D before battling against one another on the Wild Hog Dodgems or Thorpe's classic teacup ride. During summer, you can kick back on Amity Beach or let the kids splash in the paddle-pool and enjoy the waterslides.
