"Set on the banks of the River Avon, Old Mill Hotel & Lodge has lovely gardens and stunning views over the Somerset countryside surrounding Bath whilst only being a short distance from the bustling city centre. At the Old Mill Hotel and Lodge you can spend your evenings relaxing on our lovely outdoor terrace surrounded by the sound of the river and our waterwheel whilst also being able to take in the sights and explore the beautiful city of Bath!" The Old Mill Hotel housed a flour mill until 1907 and since then it has been developed into a hotel with a bar and lounge. The Old Mill Lodge is an annex building located on the same site just next door to the main hotel building. The rooms offer free tea and coffee facilities and quality toiletries. Guests can also enjoy a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and an ISDN telephone link. "Due to the structure of the Old Mill Hotel and Lodge please note that there are no lifts available and the reception is up a flight of 13 steps."

Francis Hotel Bath is located in the heart of the historic city of Bath. This Regency-style townhouse hotel features individually designed bedrooms, many with four-poster beds and views over the city. Well equipped bedrooms each feature a Plasma HD TV, tea/coffee-making facilities and a work area. A full private bathroom in every room includes a hairdryer and bathrobes. Francis Hotel Bath features a bar/lounge which serves light snacks all day. There is also a restaurant, the Boho Marché, which has a Moroccan theme celebrating Marrakech in the 60s and 70s. Breakfast is also available and includes a range of international and traditional English classic options. The Francis Hotel is about 1 mile from Bath Spa Rail Station and a short distance from the Georgian buildings on The Circus. Bath's shops, galleries and antique markets are easy to get to on foot. With an additional fee, parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. All children under the age of 13 can stay free of charge when booking with 2 adults. Our cancelation policy is up to 2PM the day prior to arrival.
