Liverpool John Moores University is in the heart of Liverpool, Merseyside. Founded in 1823, the original university was built to provide opportunities for working people in the city. Liverpool John Moores University is easy to walk to from both Liverpool Lime Street Rail Station and Central Station in under 10 minutes. Buses operate from throughout the city, stopping at Mount Pleasant in front of the University buildings. Taxi and Uber are also available.
