The train station (SMN), as well as the Cathedral square, the S.Lorenzo marketplace and the lovely Arno river are all within a five minute walk from the property. The apartment itself is situated on the second floor of a 19th century building (with elevator) on the quiet street of Via del Porcellana near the corner of Via della Scala; an area rich in culture, restaurants and shops. This large two bedroom, two bath apartment, with its frescoed ceilings and ample rooms, is cozy and bright. Part of the apartment looks out onto the quiet street of Via del Porcellana while part of it enjoys an internal garden view. This 130 square meter apartment can accommodate up to six people thanks to the comfortable queen size sofa/bed located in the ample living-room. This room also has another sofa, as well as a large dining table that seats up to eight people. There are two bathrooms in the apartment; one with a shower, the other with a tub/hand shower unit. One of the bathrooms is located in the hallway, the other is off one of the master bedrooms. The bright, sit-in kitchen is well equipped.
