great location, check in and out with no issue, friendly staff. definitely will use them again. the only problem is the room not bright enough.
A overall pleasant experience with the views from the roof top pool being the highlight. The rooms are very comfortable to stay with a very nice bed. I found the bathroom and shower a bit cramped for size. I was on the 23rd floor and had a nice view. The location isn't downtown in Georgetown but it's close enough in walking distance. I found uber and grab car the best option to get around Penang. A shout out to try staff who helped me at 5am get to the airport after my driver cancelled. Wai Loon (I think that was the staff members name) arranged a car to pick me up and stayed with me until it arrived. An overall pleasant experience and I'd definitely recommend staying here.
