i like this hotel.very like.
- Check in very fast & customer service allowed me to choose on bed types & floor too. - B'fast same menu during stayed on 9/2016 & 11/2016.
the hotel rooms were very old and dirty and not properly maintained. there were rat droppings on the floor. housekeeping was asked to clean the rooms several times but the rooms were still dirty. however the staff at the reception and at the restaurant were very helpful and courteous.
Front counter staffs were helpful and quite patient even though the check in crowd were a little rowdy when I was checking in. I am sorry to say that breakfast was not something that this hotel should be proud of at all. And the queue at the egg counter was horribly long. Only 1 staff was tasked to man the egg counter on that day. This poor chap was doing everything he could to please the crowd though and I sincerely think the management should have realized this long before another chef was sent to help him out much later, probably after having much complaints from guests.
