Getting around Magnetic Island

Townsville serves as the gateway to Magnetic Island, offering regular ferry services. Townsville Airport is a 10-kilometre drive to the Breakwater Ferry Terminal. In addition, Queensland’s Rail, the Sunlander and the Tilt Train offer regular services to Townsville from Brisbane and Cairns.
