    Amazing Experience!

We wanted to experience a Ryokan during our trip to Kyoto and I'm so glad we chose Nazuno Kyoto Nijo-tei. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating, spoke English well, and really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and to give us an authentic Japanese experience. They made us feel like we were staying with friends not in a hotel. The room was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was brand new and stocked with fantastic Shiseido amenities. Breakfast was incredible: it lasted 90 minutes, and involved no less than twenty different traditional Japanese foods. The tea bath in your own private zen garden was the ultimate in relaxation. I think it was a great value for four people. This was an absolutely amazing experience! Cannot wait to return to Kyoto and stay here again.
