    Outstanding Hotel

The hotel is exceptionally amazing as you walk into the reception area. The rooms are compact but have everything you wish. Water pressure is sweet and we’ve had no issue communicating with the hotel staff. Great location right across from the train station so it’s simple to get anywhere. Breakfast was great, with a extraordinary assortment of western and Japanese choices. Service was superb. Both the check in and check out was done so effortlessly. They helped us with luggage forward and always ready and prepared to help you with our questions.

Convenient location with a short walk to the train station, Kyoto tower, etc.

Despite the fact that there was construction going on, and they apologized in advance, we never heard any noise. The dinner menu was a bit too Western for me...we didn't come to Japan to eat pasta or hamburgers...there were a few good Japanese choices. The breakfast buffet was excellent but a bit pricey. If you have the chance to buy it as part of a special room rate, it would be well worth it. I also like the proximity to the train station...no need for taxi, we just walked our luggage to the hotel. And it allowed for an easy day trip to Nara.
