Excellent staff, nice quiet relaxed hotel. Excellent service with the Executive Lounge when staying in an Executive room. Shuttle tuk tuk service to Terminal 21 shopping centre / train services very convenient. Hotel were very kind to extend our check out time / let us use the Executive Lounge drinks and food due to a late evening flight. Would highly recommend this hotel.
