Our stay at Hotel 3 was a great one! Martin was an enormous help, nothing was too much to ask help with. Staff were more than happy to assist with any bookings for taxi's etc, and also any suggestions on places to visit. We couldn't fault our room... it was lovely and cool and very comfy. We loved the deisgn. We also loved the location! Super close to the BTS and BMK but also a little quieter being down the side street.. also was only a short walk to the canal just behind, going on the canal boats with the locals is a must, thanks to one of the staff at Happy 3 for helping us with that! We loved our stay here and certainly hope to be back in the future!
Taxi arrangement can be better between concierge and driver to avoid inconvenience to guests.
my experience at the hotel was superb! Service was really good and staffs are very friendly! the only downside is probably the toilet of the rooms.
