This was our third and probably last visit to Mercure Sanur. The complex is looking old and tired and the service particularly at breakfast had declined noticeably. The lounges around the big pool have no mattresses so are very uncomfortable and that leaves nowhere to go if the beach is windy and cool which it was for most of our stay.
