wouldnt stsy again. bad breakfast, wrong room. not enough towels. pool towels are old and gross. lazy pool staff. bathrooms flooded.
This resort is in a great location in Kuta, the rooms were spacious and the breakfast nice. great pool area and would stay here again.
The overall cleanliness was very lacking in my room!
although an older hotel it still has much to offer. rooms and grounds v clean and tidy.
The location is amazing, so close to everything! The staff were exceptional, so friendly and accomodating!
