The collective brainchild of a Taiwanese designer and a film director based in the ancient city of Tainan, La Yoo creates handmade bags, hats and clothes in charismatic designs. Their products have been described as cute and colourful, fusing traditional Taiwanese culture with a modern and trendsetting style.

Want to support a good cause? La Yoo operates according to a socially responsible ethos, employing disadvantaged women in Cambodian villages to create their clothing and accessories. They also coordinate with World Vision Taiwan to help provide employment in rural areas and indigenous villages where it is much needed.
Getting around Chihkan Tower
La Yoo’s headquarters is situated in the heart of Tainan, easily accessed by public bus services. The shop is just a short walk east from the 17th-century Confucius Temple and south of the main railway terminus at Tainan Station.
