Blue waters -pristine sands- suites with lazy hammocks- terraces and private gardens- rainforest- tantalizing food- the soft echo of steel drums and hosts who make you feel totally at home- this is just a taste of what makes this resort so special. The Spice Island Beach Resort is a Small Luxury Hotels of the World property. //Covid-19 Measures Hired a qualified health practitioner- this Hygiene Manager will administer daily temperature checks of all employees as well as monitor social distancing and other compliance procedures in staff areas and throughout the resort daily. CDC suggested PPE available to employees - 24 hours will be allowed between departing and arriving rooms. Two room attendants will clean each guest occupied room. Only approved cleaning solutions and disposable filtered mops will be used. Reduced sweeping and more vacuuming to contain dust and particles. - All public spaces and high-touch areas will be cleaned and sanitized every 15 to 30 minutes. Touchless hand sanitizing stations positioned throughout the resort in public areas as well outside of all rooms. Touchless soap dispensers placed in public washrooms. - Restaurants rearranged to fifty percent seating capacity. Bar seating will be set six feet apart from each pair. Employees will wear face masks and guests will be expected to wear face masks when communicating with employees. Buffets will be discontinued.
