There is a crocoach inside the room, the bed is too soft. Also no complimentary breakfast and finish at 09:00 need to pay $20

Rooms are old and not very clean. Room service was amazing and the staff were very helpful. Especially the maintenance man, who helped fix my moms wheelchair which broke while we were at the hotel.
