The hotel is opposite a school. The traffic is bad during schooldays. Moreover, there is limited parking for hotel guests. There are more parking across the road but wouldn't want park there as it is quite difficult to cross the road each time we get in and out of the hotel. The receptionist upon checked in initially told us that there are were no more available parking underneath the building but the concierge said otherwise when l asked him. She told us to park across the road. ln fact there were still many empty bays available when we finally managed to ask the reception to issue is a pass card for parking below the building. The floor in room was not clean either as well as the refrigerator.
