Called the front desk on Sunday morning to indicate that there were two sets of reservations, I was told that they would be combined. I went out on Sunday late afternoon and return to be locked out my room. I have stayed at this facility once a year for the last several years and things are consistent regarding ignoring room request! The conference rooms were too cold as was The Grill!
