Hotel was great, missed out on fine dining as most were closed being Monday lunch.. The Kitchen Garden far too expensive for light lunch.
Star is one of my preferred Hotels in the Broadbeach area
We found the staff no really helpful. Our vehicle did not fit in the carpark for starters. Then our room wasn't ready and when we returned 2 hours later it still wasn't ready. Ended up floors apart from the other room booked next to the lifts and above the bar. We did not enjoy our stay.
Hotel was very good, nice rooms excellent facilities and really helpful staff.
The Casino is a great place to stay the night and enjoy a night out!

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable. The only problem was not being to access most of the TV stations for a big chunk of my stay. Both Foxtel and FTA channels were affected.
