I stayed at the premier suites. i dissatisfied with the room. Glass wall is dirty, toilet tiles is sliperry and not suitable for todler - my daughter fell down. The air conditioner is hot. The only advantage is the location and a lot of nearby attractions.
the swimming pool water is dirty, the hotel room refuse to give us extra 1 towel. i only asked for 1 not 2 or 3. they refuse to provide 1 extra towel. i asked for extra bed, they told me it is only available for residence side but not hotel/suite side. what kind of nonsense is this? u called this property a hotel when the facilities is not? you might as well labelled it as homestay or something. everything cannot.
poor service at lobby checking in, swimming pool dirty and no towel supply, lif was the worst experienced i felt very slow in process up and down the room are not proper clean overall not satisfied at the hotel. ....only the Chinese guy at the reception are doing his jod well done(name forget but it start with alphabet K)
the facilities is not bad. but the lift system is totally bad. it made me wait for a long period.
Just ok. The apartment big and clean. The lift not so good. The lobby not really convenience to the apartment.
