The hotel is in a great location. It's a few blocks from Times Square in one direction and a few blocks from Central Park in the other direction. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beyond that, the hotel itself needs work. The bathroom was clean but needs updating. The rug in the room needs to be replaced. Wallpaper, artwork, furniture all look like they have been there for many, many years. Most newer hotels have a refrigerator in the room. We had to request one, and there was an additional fee.
