Bit disappointing overall I have to say. The service in the bar was really really slack, iver two visits, lunch and dinner. Staff really seemed disorganised and had very little knowledge of menu. Incredibly long wait for drinks, bill etc. I saw one table being seated three times over, and yet each group left having been left unattended. Also think robes in the rooms are to be expected for a hotel like this,but unfortunately not the case. Residents' bar area is in an open area in freezing cold foyer, not comfortable. Great location for the 3Arena but have to say, that's about it.
