Loved the location of the area. Right beside a night market area as well as it allows us to easily assess the highlights of the area near Patong Beach. Place was clean and breakfast was great with a widespread of various dishes. Easy to be picked up by pre-booked tour groups at the waiting area. Wifi was available at all areas. Facilities were great however, I think the pool has to be renovated as my brother cut his hand while swimming in the pool due to the edge of the tiles in the pool. Overall, great place to stay.

The overall experience was below our expectation. Breakfast was weak, I barely find something which I liked to eat. Employees did not speak English, so it was hard to get any help or useful information. The room was smelly and the window pointed to the open market, therefore we couldnt open it because of the outside smell. Good things: the pool from the roof is good to have and the cleaning lady was doing a good job, every day.

worst bed i have ever slept on, gave me massive back problems every morning after waking ( thats if i slept at all because of it) that boxing stadium across the road was way to loud every second night. bad location reguarding that
