amazing!! the location is perfect. 15min walk to the main streets. 5min tuktuk which are available right at the hotel entrance. all major tours pick up directly from the hotel and can be organised for you by the staff on the desk with such ease. the staff working especially Koy were delightful. always ensure ours (and our family who joined the start of our stay) needs were always met, and went above and beyond to help us find specific souvenirs requested by family back home.
