third time here. can not fault. great pool area, very convenient for eating outside of hotel.
First room we were taken to had a mouldy / musty smell, mouldy shower, dirty curtains and headboard, and jacuzzi bath was cracked in many places, as well as airconditioning not working properly. Changed to another room. Better all round. Many cracks in walls of hotel post earthquake, being fixed by maintenance crew. House keeping staff level of cleaning was mediocre. Barhroom bench never cleaned. Very late to clean some days after 5 pm. Inconsistent supply of towels, and toilet paper. Many phone calls to please supply essentials.

Great hotel, lovely staff, fantastic pool area, amazing facilities, enjoyable dinning. The only thing the room needs a bit updating.
Lovely clean hotel in center of action . Not on beach but great value .
