Couldn’t get in to park EVERY time, had to wait long time to get out of parking because no body could get out. Got new keys to try for parking, didn’t work. Had to pay $40 to park but it was such a hassle and inconvenience made us late waiting to get out of the parking lot. Our room was awful, I paid for a balcony with a view of the water, and got a view of a wall. Will never stay here again. Rather pay cheaper and not have all the hassle we went through. The ONLY reason I booked this hotel was so my son could see the boats. Very disappointed
Pros:Great location and although a daily resort fee charged, the “complimentary” activities offered by the site are very, very nice. I would definitely book again.
Cons:A better explanation of all the hotel amenities at checkin would be very helpful.
We just relax and enjoy the surroundings
