A last minute mini-break for my wife and I found this hotel fantastic. Great room with all mod cons and lovely modern decor. The few staff interactions we had were all helpful, polite, and courteous. Would definitely recommend.
Staff friendly and apologetic after I dropped my bag at the hotel at 9am, when I arrived back at 4:30 they advised my bag was in the room. in the room no sign of my bag, called concierge and advised them..... 1 hour later I went down to the desk and enquired about my bag, they advised me that someone had taken it up. 30mins later I called them back, No bag... finally two hours later knock knock at the door and my bag had finally been delivered. I found staff where under the pump, lacking customer service and quite rude when talking to me and other guests
fantastic, I really didn’t wanna leave at all! I’ll be back Sheraton !
We booked last minute and the room was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was amazing.
