when we arrived at the hotel lobby, we were served with a cold juice, a small portion of sticky rice + coconut pudding & an ice cold towel. totally impressed with their bellboy & front office agents. was prompt with their SOPs, getting our names & telling us the dos& don’ts professionally. you don’t have to worry about their fluency of english, some even speak chinese too! overall, happy with their seevice, happy with their rooms & cleanliness & happy vacation with my group of friends!
