we had a family room and it didn’t have the beds stated on Agoda but instead it was two full size beds. so it was a bit cramped but anyway it was clean and comfy. they don’t answer to the comments sent thru the “chat with the property” feature. I even tried leaving them a comment thru their website but never received a reply. they dont have their own shuttle bus but you can go to Cotai using Starworld Hotel shuttle bus which is a short walk away.
