We had many things wrong in our room, TV didn't work, when we had a shower the water would go into the lounge, the kettle had burnt milk in it, the phone didn't work. It was a nice facility, but we just felt like we were just another person staying in a pod. The breakfast was good and the restaurant/bar staff were great.
