We were there for 4 nights and only had hot water the morning we left. Manager never bothered to visit us even though we asked. The free airport transfer was wonderful after a long flight. Please understand I'm not always looking for issues. It is very conveniently located to the bus and tram. Less than 2 blocks. The desk staff were helpful in getting around.There are 2 pubs on the block with excellent food and atmosphere. We did enjoy our stay.
