Great location and I have stayed here on many occasions. I understand when businesses require to undertake renovations, however it is important to inform customers about this. I booked the hotel and wasn't aware that it was under renovations until i got there. Basically all facilities were unavailable and the noise was deafening.
Rooms at Travelodge hotel Wynyard were small, but clean and comfortable. There was frozen milk in the small fridge which was off and the exhaust in the toilet didn't work. Despite informing the staff at reception, wasn't attended to during our 4 day stay. Location was very convenient as it's just 5 mins from the train station and walking distance to all tourist spots in / near the CBD. Staff was very courteous, helpful and professional at all times.
everything was great
Location is very good however there were only 2 lifts to service all floors. It took a very long time to be able to get in when vacating as everybody wanted to get in the lift at the same time.
