generally good except on the day of check out we had to wait at the lift lobby for at least 15mins to get down to the lobby due to large influx of people (tours) leaving the hotel in the morning. despite the number of lifts in operation, many times the lifts have signaled to stop on our level but at the last minute it changes so we have to keep moving around to the different lift doors and it was extremely frustrating. (let alone many times the lifts were at capacity when it finally arrived) room cleaning can also improve, we noticed the cups / used tea bags on our desk have only been clean once during our 2 weeks stay, and the room was not vacuumed on one occasion. we need to request for refill of the shampoo/ shower gel as it was not topped up and ran out eventually.
