The desk staff were great! Our group stayed there for the Tour des Trees for the couple of days leading up to the first day of the tour and we stayed after pedaling our bicycles for nearly 500 miles around Kentucky and Tennessee. We did have some experiences with the elevators not working properly. Also the lady who takes care of the events, was kind of unreasonable, charging us (as I understand) $200 for ice and water, especially since we took a bunch of rooms and had some rather large meal events too. All of us thought that was a little picky, but I understand we paid it. Many of us were a bit surprised to not have salt and pepper at each table in the banquet area (10th floor). There was only 1 of each at the buffet table for the first meals. After that there were 2 of each, but still at the buffet table. The rooms were clean. The food in the restaurant was great, as was the banquet food!

It was okay. The hallways give an arctic blast of cold air as you get off of the elevator. Main elevators were out of service so we had to use the Service Elevator. We got stuck in the elevator for a while....not fun with a child. The rooms were clean but very dated as were the hallways. There were holes that were patched up in the hall of the 6th floor where we stayed. We ate one night in the restaurant and froze ourselves as the air conditioning was set so cold. This hotel was close to the main strip, the shuttle was nice. The lobby was very nice so it did surprise us how outdated the rooms and hallways were. Not sure if we would stay again. There has to be other places priced reasonably, that are more updated, didn't freeze us out and get us stuck in the elevators.

The hotel is straightforward to seek out and shut to downtown. The staff was terribly friendly and useful. They made positive to raise concerning our plans and supply a neighborhood map and edifice shuttle data. The drinks were reasonably priced and also the live music was nice. The hotel employees was terribly pleasant, room was clean, nice and cozy and also the breakfast was far and away one in all the simplest hot breakfast. The rooms were clean, but could use some updates. Overall it was a good experience and a good price for the location.
