Teception callef a taxi to take me to thd train station. 0bviously, thd hotel had z relatiionship with this taxi company. For am 8:31 train deoarture, the tafi showed up at 8:25 and said 'Don't worry; they are not yhat stricy on time here.' Because of his carelessness and tardiness, I hwas forced to pay 14.50 euros extra on the first leg of my trip, and 53.00 euros on the 2nd leg of my trip. To add insult to injury, I sent an email to Martin's Brugge and they did not pay me the courtesy of responding, not even to apologize. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
