Loved Luma Hotel for its location, friendly staff and cleanliness. Great being so close to Times Square and Bryant Park without actually being on Times Square. Coming back to Luma and being greeted warmly by front of house after a day exploring NYC was always a relief. Jesse in particular was so lovely, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed.
