We booked a room for 3 adults (myself and my parents). On arriving, they only had reserved a room for two adults. In order to prove my booking of 3 adults, I had to provide my confirmation email with a screen shot of our booking. We had to wait for an hour for the staff to put a flimsy fold out bed in the room. I managed to squeeze my bed into a small space between the front door and the bathroom. Lucky we only stayed for one night.
