Fantastic

Location is perfect for the snow festival. Odori Park was just right outside the hotel. Subway access was also very easy. Sapporo Station could be access via the underground walkway. Lots of shops and restaurants to enjoy. The larger comfort twin rooms they overlook the park where the snow festival is held. Staff were friendly friendly and accommodating. Every morning when we leave the hotel and in the evening when we returned, hotel staff would welcome us with a greeting along with big smiles. The comfortable bed totally made up for the tiny room. Design is excellent & new, Spa is great too, restaurant was closed over festival so unable to comment, all rooms have a bath & lots of amenities including kettle, robes/slippers for spa. TV only Japanese channels, heating was excellent & controllable, windows open too. Suitable for solo traveler who look for privacy and comfort over capsule hotel.
