The place is a nice 10-minute walk away from Osaka castle and really close to a JR station, so it is perfect for people traveling the country on a JR Pass. You get a 600 yen discount on your last day for the breakfast buffet, which includes some local food as well as more international options. Hotel staff was friendly and very willing to accommodate. For a building of that height it would have been nice to have a rooftop to enjoy a nice view of the city. Considering how close it is to Osaka castle, that seems like a bit of an oversight. Other than that, the hotel rooms could have been facing the North/South sides, to provide a much better view.
