Excellent location, fast check-in/out, clean bed linen and bathroom, sound proof windows, breakfast o.k, cheap, always hot water available, changing of towels everyday (not necessary). Overall satisfied with my stay. Remarks: very old and dirty carpet in the room and bad smell from the bathroom.

Very near Termini but not noisy. Wifi worked OK in my room. A toilet seat needed fixing. Reception people were helpful. Breakfast was not bad. For one-night stay before the train leaving I would recommend it.
