There were a few mishaps in the room i stayed in but instead of just complaining on a review I would suggest a talk to the hotel manager is the way to proceed. Petra was absolutely understanding and easy to talk to about the room.

the hotel was convenient for our flight to Innsbruck. the staff were pleasant, professional and helpful with storing our luggage. the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. we would recommend this hotel for people with flights in and out of Gatwick.
