the location was great, in the heart of The Entrance and Tuggerah Lakes. The room was clean BUT .. the entire complex was unkept with no real sign of maintenance and needed a complete overhaul and refurbishment..

The Hotel looked really run down. Room was OK though there were spider webs and an air conditioner that didn't really work.
