Perfect Location

It's area is exceptionally central, 10 minutes walk to the Petronas towers. The facilities are moreover phenomenal. Pool is decent and clean and the wellness center is exceptionally great for getting a workout in while on your holiday. The building is additionally connected to a shopping center and there's a Starbucks first floor and a beauty care products store if you're ever lost anything on your trip. By and large staffs were inviting, from the staff at the front door till the housekeeping. The staff is friendly and service minded. Clean and quiet rooms with good aircon.

Clean And Tidy

I love Double Tree, the interior of the hotel is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. When we checked in, there was an episode. The taxi driver blackmailed us. The hotel dispatched a dozen security guards. Of course, it was not for fighting. It was to help us reason. Finally, we ended up with our victory. The guest was very responsible, and it was very late, it was more than two in the morning, and I was very grateful to the staff of the hotel. The hotel is not very close to the airport and other attractions, but very close to the Twin Towers, 15 minutes walk. It is also close to the subway station. There is also a reminder that you must not let the hotel staff help to take a taxi, it will be more expensive than your own taxi. This is a universal scene in Malaysia.

Friendly Staff

The staff at check in and check out were very nice and pro. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom. The food was nice. Even the view was OK in the high floors. I encountered an issue when I lost my sunglasses while having breakfast at the main restaurant, it was handled in a classy way by the security, duty managers. Who investigated the issue and took seriously, at the end it I came to know it was found by one of the staff and given to lost and found. I was very impressed by how the handled the matter with excellence. I salute them for it. Really nice hotel with very good and clean rooms. Excellent service and if you book a suite with great views of the twin towers you have excess to the executive lounge with free drinks and food. Nice breakfast too!
