bed bugs in rooms. i don’t recommend staying at this hotel at all. staff told me when I complained about bed bugs that this is normal and I’m not first one to complain about this
Concorde hotel is walking distance to the monorail and a short car ride to major shopping malls which was fantastic. It had all the ammenities that a 5 star hotel would have with the exception that the bed I found was really hard and not comfortable in comparison to other hotels I have visited. Apart from that the hotel ticked all the boxes and I would recommend to anyone travelling to KL.
overall the room is nice and the bed is comfortable to sleep in.
The staff's were excellent, rooms were very clean. Very satisfied with the stay and buffet lunch was excellent.
