Only 1 person at reception who was answering phones and checking in, took 35 minutes to get checked in. Tried to charge me again for the stay when I had prepayed it, had to get my online bank statement out to prove I had. €18 for shuttle bus from airport bit steep when they say hotel is on airport site.
