Really like this hotel, love the sky lounge and overall really enjoyed the say. Two times however that i have stayed the check in was extremely slow , not enough staff on and then myself amd my husband were put in a twin room . We got changed and had to show our booking which stated double room . There was no issue moving but just should not have been put in a twin in the first place . Check out is also slow.
