Excellent service and friendly staff, amaizing breaktast , huge room well maintained and very clean. Location is a bit far from patong beach so if you want to be close to the party area, this hotel is not for you, otherwise you can catch their shuttle bus which runs every 2 hrs and takes 20 mins to the beach.

LikedOverall experience was great, the staff was good and accommodating, and was very helpful throughout our stay, the rooms were spacious and comfortable..

DislikedTo Access rooms you have to walk quite a distance as they don't have elevators. The private pool behind suite could be cleaner. Even though rooms were cleaned daily the bathroom was not washed regularly, we stayed for 9 nights and towards the end the bathroom gave out a bad smell, and was cleaned only after i asked them to. Breakfast spread could improve, became very monotonous after the first few days.
