I have stayed here several times from 2016. Great Balinese style resort and best location for surfing, shopping at Kuta, The staff are attentive and friendly, always ready with a greeting or smile. Proactively remind guests of check out time on the last night. Staff are also happy to assist in delaying check-out time if needed. Breakfast is in the Italian restaurant Rosso Vivo, with very AWESOME quality environment and dining. The spa is also excellent, especially after surfing session. Will definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the resort. I loved the lush green gardens. The room was clean and we were moved to another room when we advised reception that the air conditioning was not operating satisfactorily. The check in process could have been a bit smoother. We arrived an hour early and were advised to come back in 30 minutes for our room which we did. Then told to wait 15 mins, then another which made one hour. If they told us the truth to begin with we just would have come back in one hour. Good value for money.

Excellent stay at this resort. Great central location with easy access to beach and shopping. Very convenient and staff super friendly.

Rooms location are not correct. No space in many rooms and no garden on plants they grow.
